In-Class Journal Entry

In-Class Journal entry:

Think about the last time you saw a homeless person. What was your reaction? Did you help them in anyway? Why or why not?

For blog:

After entering your journal response onto your blog, talk about each of the 3 articles we discussed today. Write enough about the articles so that a reader who didn’t read the articles will get an idea about what the articles are about. Make sure you include each article’s opinion on homeless people today. Was their argument sound? Did they use any evidence? What kind of evidence?

After summarizing each article, talk about which author you agree with the most, and which one you disagree with the most. You may agree with some of each author’s argument and disagree with some parts. Don’t forget to explain “the why and why not” part of your response.

This entry should be about 350-400 words. This entry is due by Sunday night, 10:00 p.m. Please post two responses by Tuesday night 10:00 p.m. to two other classmates. Please do not pick the same classmates you have already responded to. Responses should be about 150-200 words.
